Having worked for some of the most elite private and federal organizations in the world, Bryon served in leadership roles to solve complex challenges across the strategic, operational, and tactical level. With 20 years of professional leadership experience, Bryon built a sterling reputation of delivering strategy through execution — identifying core competencies, rigorously prioritizing activities, building talented and motivated teams, integrating technology, and delivering organizational value.
Bryon holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a M.S. in Leadership from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, and completed the Senior Executive Fellows program from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Juniper is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Did you know the Federal Government's goal is to award at least 5% of all federal contracting dollars to SDVOSBs each year? This goal was increased from 3% to 5% by the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in Fiscal Year 2024.
The SDVOSB certification makes it easier for us to support our clients, assists large businesses with their competitive bids, and helps Contracting Officials with achieving their small business goals.
